This policy explains what information No Bugs Exterminator (“we”) collects through this website and phone line, and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you request an inspection we collect your name, phone number, optional email, town or ZIP, the service you need and any details you add. We use it only to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, and keep a record of the work. We do not sell or rent it.

Phone calls

Our website phone number may be a call-tracking number that forwards to our business line. Call-tracking providers record the call's date, time, duration and the page or ad that led to it, and some calls may be recorded for quality and training. If a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, including which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. These tools set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser.

Text messages

We will only text you about your service request if you ask us to. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How long we keep information

We keep service records for as long as needed to provide follow-up service and meet tax and business record requirements, then delete them.
